Sustainment / Field Level Maintenance

EPS provides warfighter vehicle readiness and sustainment maintenance for a variety of military vehicle types and specifications. Our DoD customers rely on us for the highest quality and timely completion of the warfighter’s vehicle repairs, resets, refurbishing and readiness, providing fully mission capable (FMC) assets to sustain optimal mission readiness. We provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, sustainment maintenance institutional training, and non-personal services for the 27 commands within the DoD, providing maintenance and logistical mission support for over two-hundred thousand (200,000) soldiers.

Transportation, Logistics & Fielding Solutions

Our Transportation/Freight Management SMEs provide cost efficient CONUS/OCONUS fielding solutions and shipment of equipment for movement IAW the Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR). We manage administrative and managerial responsibilities associated with the process of all freight shipments and shipping of hazardous and sensitive materials with timely delivery to satisfy mission demands. We manage and monitor the Transportation Accounting Codes (TACs) during shipments to ensure valid authorization of usage while overseeing Container Management and Command Deployment Readiness for our military customer.

When equipment is shipped, a supply transaction takes place. We utilize an internal DoD system to track and monitor Second Destination Transportation (SDT) Transactions from pick up to delivery. Once the equipment is received, repair or replacement tasks are performed by certified maintenance personnel who are SMEs using specialized tools and equipment that are not available at the field level.

Logistics Support Services

We also develop and manage the complete spectrum of logistics data to support:

• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Provisioning and the full range of property inventory, warehousing, and transportation

Total Package Fielding (TPF)

EPS provides the full range of TPF support services for all C4IEWS systems. TPF encompasses acquisition, delivery, inventory, installation, checkout, set-up, training and property book services.

Training Support Capabilities

EPS provides CONUS/OCONUS on-site and remote classroom, institutional and field technical training. We conduct equipment sustainment-level/field-level assessments, maintenance and refurbishment, transportation and logistics services, and total package fielding solutions to DoD and commercial agencies, from concept, engineering, and design through operations, maintenance, and sustainment.

We have provided New Equipment Training (NET) to over 500,000 military and civilian personnel in the operations and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (C4IEWS) systems for the DoD community since 1983. We produce/revise/update all required training materials and training support packages to include Field Service Representatives; Curriculum Development; Programs of Instruction (POI); Lesson Plans; Student Guides; and Army Mobile Training Teams (MTTs).

Logistics Training

EPS provides Institutional Logistics Training in:

• Maintenance Management (MM301)
• Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army)
• Army Readiness Common Operating Picture (ARCOP) to Army Reserve subordinate commands

EPS Data Analysts (DAs) assist in the development of training plans and provide institutional training for the DoD using GCSS-Army, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), and other Army Logistics programs. Our DAs assist in collecting USAR Field Maintenance Program statistics and assist with inspecting the requirements of the DoD Commanders Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP). This training also includes conducting full lifecycle analysis of mission requirements, activities, and design, developing analysis and reporting capabilities and monitoring and reviewing the performance and quality of GCSS-Army training plans to identify improvements.

Biometrics

EPS Biometrics capabilities provide support for PdM Biometrics on CONUS/OCONUS AOR specific Automated Biometrics Identification Systems. Based on customer requirements, we perform site selection, mission evaluation, and general surveys to accommodate hardware and software infrastructure requirements.

Our expertise is applied toward assessing site deficiencies, and providing engineering solutions to mitigate any shortcomings to ensure the installation site meets or exceeds all electrical requirements, (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and site security requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, network installation, electrical systems upgrades, facility grounding, physical security, and access control.

Our team has experience in multiple facets of biometrics, from mobile identity solutions to ABIS (Automated Biometric Identification Systems). We provide a range of biometric services from fielding and implementation of biometric collection stations (handheld mobile identity devices or fixed station collection kits), onsite training, field training, collections training and strategies, technical support, and advisory. Our capabilities include but are not limited to, providing the biometric solutions tailored for the mission’s needs, any service requirements, and provide personnel onsite or support via remote access. Our experience includes the ability to assist and advise how to best leverage these systems and integrate them to the customer's mission profile.
