The U.S. Navy has awarded a contract to EPS for its SeaPort-NxG contract vehicle. This $5B IDIQ contract addresses the Navy’s requirements for engineering, technical and programmatic support services, and streamlines the procurement process allowing the Navy to efficiently acquire a wide range of services from a pool of qualified vendors. EPS is an experienced SeaPort (e and NxG) prime contractor with over $133M in task order awards, and this task order allows us to continue our long-standing support for the U.S. Navy.
EPS was awarded multiple positions on GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Multi-Agency Contract (MAC), a government-wide, multiple-award, IDIQ acquisition program for services. The OASIS + program is designed to address federal agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements, all contract types and pricing.
This contract will provide many opportunities to expand our support of agency requirements across the entire federal government.
The United States Air Force’s ten-year $12.5B Base Infrastructure Modernization (USAF BIM) IDIQ contract will modernize critical U.S. Air Force infrastructure across multiple CONUS and OCONUS bases, ensuring enhanced operational capabilities and readiness.
EPS is only one of 28 total awardees, one of only 18 Small Businesses and one of only five Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) to be awarded the BIM contract. EPS was awarded all three Tiers under the BIM contract, allowing it to compete on every task order that is released.
EPS holds a position on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), a consolidation of over twenty GSA Schedules, providing customer solutions and services organized by 12 Large Categories, corresponding Subcategories, and Special Item Numbers (SINs).
The GSA MAS is designed to be an easy-to-use contract to assist federal agencies in purchasing products and services. EPS’ GSA MAS contract contains pre-negotiated labor rates, delivery terms, warranties, and other terms and conditions that streamline the government’s buying process.

EPS is one of only five small businesses that will compete for task orders to provide hardware, materials, and supplies to support the Navy’s compelling and emergent requirements. These items will support a multitude of programs within the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) and its sponsors. The MASC contract carries a $48M ceiling over five years, consisting of a Base Year and four option years.
This contract will allow us to expand our support of current and new Navy customers, including leveraging our strong fabrication capabilities at our machine shop in Panama City.
