In 1983, Francesco A. Musorrafiti and his daughter, Antoinette (Toni), started the EPS family business in a room over their garage. Soon thereafter, they leased space in Red Bank, NJ and from there, built the business to what it is today. Since its founding, EPS Corporation has provided services and support to many agencies of the Federal Government, including military and civilian activities on a worldwide basis.
Today, EPS Corporation has 250+ employees with Toni involved in all day-to-day activities.

In 1982 the Musorrafiti Family opened a division under Numax Electronics Incorporated. Moving into 1983, Engineering and Professional Services, Incorporated was formed, legally changing our name to EPS Corporation in March of 2009. EPS has been providing Systems Engineering and Rapid Prototyping Solutions; Training, Logistics and Fielding Solutions; IT, Software and Cyber Security Solutions; and Network and Communication Solutions that support the Department of Defense, civilian agencies, and commercial clients worldwide.
