EPS Mission Support Services Division (EPS MSS)

Mr. Silas, Director ∓ General Manager of the EPS Mission Support Services Division, has been with EPS since 2022. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the MSS Division’s operations, including program management, engineering, logistics, and technical support for military systems and infrastructure. Mr. Silas’ career spans over 15 years in defense contracting and mission support.

The MSS Division supports various high-profile contracts, including projects with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) and other DoD agencies. Focusing on integrating advanced technology and efficient processes has enhanced the division’s ability to provide comprehensive solutions in areas such as rapid prototyping, system of systems integration, engineering, and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR).

Prior to joining EPS, Mr. Silas served the US Army in Iraq and Afghanistan and was discharged as a disabled combat veteran after 14 years of honorable service. He has held positions as a Chemical Specialist and Electrical Engineer in addition to owning his own electrical company. Throughout his career, Mr. Silas has emphasized teamwork, accountability, and a customer-focused approach to ensure successful project outcomes.

Mr. Silas holds an Associate’s Degree in Business and Accounting from Calhoun Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Athens State University, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
