Mr. Eilert, Director & General Manager of the EPS Network Solutions Division, has been with EPS since 2001. He brings over 23 years of experience to EPS in Government IT Contracting, Operations, Business Development and Capture. He has extensive experience in leading and managing DoD contracts and has been a key part of many of the global Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), multi-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts awarded to EPS such as GSA Connections from 2003-2011, GSA Connections II from 2011-2021, Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2), NetOps and Infrastructure Solutions Small Business Contract (NetOps SB) 2015-2022 and recently GSA OASIS+.

Mr. Eilert is currently supporting acquisition through EPS’ Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract. He is knowledgeable in information technology (IT) services and IT service-based solutions such as system design, software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT operations and maintenance.

Mr. Eilert possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science / History from Rutgers University of New Brunswick NJ.
