Mr. Bono, Director/General Manager of the EPS Field Services Division, has been with EPS since 2020. Initially hired as a Sr. Business Development Manager, he was promoted to Director & General Manager in 2022, where he assumed management duties over Field Services’ business operations working closely with the Executive Vice President for Army & Air Force clients. Additionally, Mr. Bono works closely with EPS Business Development to foster new partner teaming relationships in pursuit of contractual solicitations to progressively grow Field Services’ business pipeline. Mr. Bono also provides programmatic oversight for Field Services’ several active contracts on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract vehicle which includes supporting the U.S. Army Reserve - Field Services largest customer, U.S. Army PEO/Command – PEO CS and CSS, along with several OCONUS Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts.

Prior to joining EPS, Mr. Bono was contracted with OCONUS at Victory Base, Iraq as a Transmission Systems Analyst at the Joint Netops Control Center - Iraq (JNCC-I) for DRS International. He also worked for IRIDIUM as a Program Manager and for Applied Insight as an IT Program Manager at the U.S. Marshals Service Headquarters in Crystal City, Virginia. Mr. Bono served in the U.S.A.F. from 1984-1990 as a C-5A Galaxy “Flying Crew Chief”, and as a SATCOM Technician and is a certified Project Manager.
