FRANCESCO A. MUSORRAFITI

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Francesco Musorrafiti

Mr. Musorrafiti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, established EPS in 1983 as Engineering and Professional Services Incorporated. He directs the activities of this 90 million-dollar and over 400-person company, is responsible for the development of business, operations and financial performance of the company, and seeks out opportunities and acquisitions in the areas of communications and systems engineering to broaden the company’s corporate technical base. Prior to embarking on his industrial career, Mr. Musorrafiti enjoyed a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy, having spent 11 ½ years at sea aboard an aircraft carrier and several destroyers and amphibious ships.



ANTOINETTE M. MUSORRAFITI

Vice Chairman and President

Antoinette Musorrafiti

Ms. Musorrafiti, Vice Chairman and President, was instrumental in the founding and developing of EPS Corporation since its inception in 1983. Understanding the heart-beat of what makes EPS tick, she is responsible for the company’s continued growth and success based on the foundation built by her father. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, each of the Division leaders, the Business Development Team and the Finance and Administration Team. Ms. Musorrafiti also takes on the task of Chief Information Officer, assuring that our company infrastructure is strong and secure. Believing that internal communication is vital to the company’s success, her “hands-on” management approach provides EPS personnel a direct line of contact with her. Ms. Musorrafiti’s business community involvement includes memberships in the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association, the Association of the United States Army, the Army Aviation Association of America and the Navy League of the United States.


JOHN E. GAGLIANO

Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel

John Gagliano

Mr. Gagliano, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, has been with EPS since 2002. He oversees the EPS Operating Divisions’ day-to-day business and is responsible for contract negotiation, contract drafting, acquisitions, litigation and general corporate matters. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the New Jersey and Virginia State Bars, the District of Columbia Bar and the American Corporate Counsel Association. Mr. Gagliano’s business community involvement includes memberships in the National Contract Management Association, the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association and the Association of the United States Army. He is Chairman of the Monmouth County Workforce Investment Board, Board Member and Counsel to the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council, and is a Board Member of the American Red Cross-Jersey Coast and South Jersey Chapters, Einstein’s Alley and The Jersey Shore Partnership. Prior to joining EPS, Mr. Gagliano was in private law practice in Arlington, VA. He is a graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center.


SUSAN M. MORAN

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Susan Moran

Ms. Moran, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, has been with EPS since 2000. She is responsible for the finance and administration of the company, directly managing a staff of over 15 employees. With the support of her staff, she assures the financial stability of the company to include budgeting, general accounting and payroll. She supervises and monitors the development of program budgets, the preparation of annual financial reports and audits of various programs and financial reports for review by government directors and senior EPS management. She maintains continuous interface with administrative contracting officers and Defense Contracts Audit Agency representatives and is instrumental in creating new policies and implementing automated solutions for the continued growth of EPS. Ms. Moran’s business community involvement includes memberships in the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association, the Association of the United States Army, and the Army Aviation Association of America. Prior to joining EPS, Ms. Moran held positions with the VNA of Central Jersey and the O’Connor Group, NY. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Kean University where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree.


KELLEY A. MERITZIS

Vice President, Administration

Kelley Meritzis

Ms. Meritzis, Vice President, Administration, has been with EPS Corporation since 2002. She has held various roles in the Human Resources Department beginning with Recruiter to Director of Human Resources to her current role of Vice President of Administration. She has held this position since 2006. As Vice President of Administration, Ms. Meritzis serves as an advisor to management on all aspects of human resources. Ms. Meritzis holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Rowan University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources, with a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and the Jersey Shore Association of Human Resources.



LAWRENCE A. RELYEA

Vice President Strategic Capture and Proposal Development Support

Lawrence a. relyea

Dr. Relyea, Vice President - Proposal Development, is responsible for leading the development of winning proposals in support of the company’s business objectives. Dr. Relyea joined EPS in 2003 and has contributed to several of the company’s major contract wins since that time. Prior to joining EPS, Dr. Relyea held a variety of technical management positions at Bell Laboratories and AT&T. Dr. Relyea studied under faculty at the University of Florida’s Quantum Theory Project, one of the world's largest research centers for the theory, modeling, and computation of complex, atomic, molecular and materials systems, where he obtained his PhD. Dr. Relyea also attended the International Summer Institute for Atomic, Molecular and Solid State Theory in Uppsala University (Uppsala, Sweden) and Dalseter, Norway.



BRUCE A. BROOKE

Vice President Business Development

Bruce Brooke

Mr. Brooke, Director Business Development, joined EPS in December 2013 and brings over 29 years of proven performance in business development leadership. His focus is on delivering results and programmatically increasing value and profitability. Mr. Brooke has demonstrated success developing strategies, winning work, building programs, following projects through to completion, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction while establishing trust and loyalty. He brings incomparable experience on DoD logistics systems development operations/integration, and professional engineering services while he inspires a loyal, highly productive and innovative team.



CHARLES (CHUCK) F. WHITE

President, Field Services

Charles White

Mr. White, President, Field Services, directs the activities of this 90 million-dollar and over 400-person business area and is responsible for the development of business, operations and financial performance. He seeks out opportunities to broaden the business base of Training, Fielding & Logistics Support through EPS Field Services. Mr. White has been with EPS since 1983 conducting business at the EPS Fayetteville, NC location. Prior to joining EPS, Mr. White served as a Chief Warrant Officer in the US Army Communications field. In his 20 years of service, he was assigned to Army organizations from Battalion- Brigade- Division and Corps levels.



B. ALLEN ARMSTRONG

Senior Vice President / Chief Technology Officer

B Allen Armstrong

Mr. Armstrong, Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President/General Manager of Mission Support Services, joined EPS in January 2013 as Director of Programs of Mission Support Services in Panama City, Florida. Mr. Armstrong has 25 years of combined experience in support of the Department of Defense and private industry. His experience includes duties as a Senior Federal Civilian Service Executive, Department Head in industry and active duty military service. His responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, proposal development, and direction of programs. Mr. Armstrong strives to create an environment within the EPS Panama City Office in which every employee is empowered to perform their duties in a responsive, professional, cost-effective manner to the satisfaction of our customers.



PUSHPA B. MERCHANT

Vice President / General Manager, Information Management Solutions

Pushpa Merchant

Mr. Merchant, Vice President / General Manager, Information Management Solutions, leads IT and Information Management Services. He is also responsible for its performance and growth. Prior to joining EPS in 2013, Mr. Merchant owned and operated an information management consulting business for 17 years. Mr. Merchant is a recognized expert on Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) design and implementation, and on information management applications. He attended the Polytechnic Institute of New York University where he studied Technical Writing and Specialized Journalism.



Kevin S. Meyer, RCDD/OSP, ITIL v3

Vice President/General Manager, Network Solutions

Kevin S. Meyer

Mr. Meyer, Vice President/General Manager, Network Solutions, takes the lead of this expanding Division, having 30-plus years in the telecommunications industry and having held positions to include Project Manager, Operations Manager, Director and Vice President. He not only is capable of managing day-to-day operations, he also has far reaches into continental United States (CONUS) business development across federal government and commercial entities. His many skills include contract management, materials management, project planning, proposal writing, project development, project design and contract implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BSBA) degree, is professionally certified as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), and holds an Outside Plant Specialty (OSP) certification with Building Industries Consulting Services International (BICSI).



Joseph J. Porrovecchio

Vice President/General Manager, Alternative Energy Systems

Joe Porrevecchio

Mr. Porrovecchio, Vice President/General Manager, Alternative Energy Systems, joined EPS Corporation in April, 2014. Lt. Colonel Porrovecchio USAR retired in 1999 with 28 years of service. As an engineer officer, he formulated, designated and managed construction of MILCON and humanitarian projects CONUS, Korea, and Panama. He also served as Panama Garrison DPW and Jungle School advisor. Reinstated for active duty in Afghanistan in April, 2005. He retired again in November, 2005. Since then, he has served the public and private sector carbon reduction and energy efficiency objectives through innovative design, installation and financial arrangements. Mr. Porrovecchio continues to utilize his certificate in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), a program focused primarily on new, commercial-building projects, to lead EPS Corporation into its newest area of business.
