U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for United States Attorneys (DoJ EOUSA), Telecommunications and Technology Development, is implementing a nationwide, enterprise-wide Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution to upgrade their existing traditional telephone systems to VoIP services utilizing their nationwide IP transport network. The goal is to provide VoIP services and features to field offices across the country. In support of this initiative, under this GSA CONNECTIONS Task Order, EPS-NS is providing Engineering, Furnishing, Installation, Secure, and Test (EFIS&T) and training for an enterprise-wide VoIP solution, including primary and secondary Softswitch complexes in Washington, DC and Boise, ID and upgrading or replacing telephone equipment at over 400 staffed and unstaffed EOUSA field offices. EPS-NS is currently performing work in the first Option period of a TO with duration of a base period and five (5) Option periods.
