Army Infrastructure Modernization (IMOD)
W91QUZ-06-D-0024 29 April 2006–29 April 2016 (5-year base and one 5-year option)
EPS is the only Small Business awarded Prime Contractor status for IMOD. This ID/IQ contract has a ceiling value of 4 billion. Under IMOD, EPS will support the Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) which encompasses multiple Army Continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) Engineer, Furnish, Install, Secure and Test (EFIS&T) efforts. Five (5) year base period and five (5) one-year option periods)
Encore is utilized by Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to support the military services and agencies in the transition from legacy systems to Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES). Under the Small Business Set-Aside Category, EPS will provide services and solutions to include high-level enterprise IT policy, integration management, communications engineering, and asset management. Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services (MiDAESS) Sub to ALATEC, Inc. - 7 July 2010 - 16 June 2015. R2-3G is a Multiple-Award ID/IQ contract that supports the US Army, Department of Defense (DoD) and other US Federal agencies. On this Multiple-Award ID/IQ EPS provides support to Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. EPS is providing a full range of logistics services that includes technical inspections, configuration management, supply management, supply chain services and technical management. The FIRST contract is the follow-on multiple award ID/IQ program to Army’s Logistics Joint Administrative Management Support Services (LOGJAMSS). Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S)

EPS is a subcontractor to three of the eleven government contractors on the Army’s $20 billion ITES-2S ID/IQ contract in support of the Army’s enterprise business systems. The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S) program is a performance-based, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that will help the U.S. Army and other government agencies acquire innovative, standardized, turnkey solutions and services. It is the Information Technology Solutions procurement vehicle of choice for the U.S. Army and provides IT services and solutions to all military services, DoD agencies, and other Federal agencies. Through the ITES-2S contract the Army will efficiently procure high-quality, cost-effective Information Technology (IT) solutions and services. The PM Battle Command (BC) Family of Products contract provides development support across the maneuver, fire support, sustainment, strategic and operational Command and Control (C2) domains as well as the BC common service-oriented software infrastructure and applications. Work that can be issued under these Task Orders includes software development of BC products, development to support functional and System of Systems requirements, maintenance of legacy product baselines in the transition period to a full service-oriented network centric architecture, integration activities at the system level, system and operational level testing and product level logistics support.
