EPS Network Solutions, Inc. has a new president. Bob Deane was recently
promoted to president from the position of program manager of NMCI.
Engineering and Professional Services, Inc. president Frank Musorrafiti
says, "In seeking out someone to be the President of EPS Network
Solutions, Inc., it was an immediate look at Bob Deane in EPS Technology
Solutions, Inc.". Keith E. Knapp, the former president, will
stay with EPSNSI until May 31, 2002 to ensure a smooth transition.

a new 401K plan. Merrill Lynch is our new 401K provider. Find details

is June 19, 2002.
