Benefits represent an important part of your overall compensation. EPS provides a comprehensive and competitive benefit package. Our program includes health, life, disability and a retirement plan as well as supplemental coverages to ensure flexibility and the coverage that you need.

Health Insurance

EPS is committed to providing a quality healthcare program which encourages individuals to live an active, healthy lifestyle. We offer a PPO plan that includes a prescription plan. Additionally, if the plan is elected we contribute a significant portion of the coverage premium.

Dental Insurance

EPS offers employees the opportunity to purchase a reasonably priced Dental plan. We offer a choice of PPO, DMO or a Vital Savings plans.

Vision Insurance

We offer employees the opportunity to purchase a reasonably priced Vision plan that covers eye exams, frames, lenses and contact lenses.

Medical & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees can contribute up to $2,000 on a tax-deferred basis in the Health Care FSA, and $5,000 in the Dependent Care FSA, per benefit plan year to help pay for eligible health care and dependent day care expenses.


To help our employees plan for retirement we offer a 401K plan. EPS provides a Company Matching Contribution based on a percentage of your eligible compensation and your contribution to the Plan.

Paid Time Off

EPS encourages a healthy work/life balance. To do so we provide a Paid Time Off Policy that grows with the amount of years an employee works for EPS. In addition, EPS offers 10 paid holidays per year.

EPS’s generous paid leave programs feature:

  • Reservist military leave
EPS provides additional unpaid leave for a variety of reasons to supplement our paid leave program.

Supplemental Insurance

Tuition assistance for academic and technical certification courses.
