Project Manager


EPS Corporation is currently seeking a Project Manager with experience managing Department of Defense (DoD) contracts/projects. The position entails management of a team of programmers, systems analysts, and technical writers to plan, analyze and coordinate projects with and for government and contractors.

Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearance as required by U.S. Federal Government; active clearance desired.
  • At least 12 years experience as a project manager, with at least 10 years of specialized experience in managing DoD projects.
  • Experience writing technical and cost proposals for DoD and federal agency (DHS, VA, etc.) contracts.
Demonstrated Abilities:
  • Responsibility for the successful completion of projects from kickoff meeting to closeout documentation and customer billing.
  • Manage and track several projects simultaneously showing attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Project management principles to ensure the project goals of time, cost, and quality are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate and work effectively as a team leader. Proven dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and technical support staff.
  • Writing winning Technical, Management, and Cost Proposals.
  • Self-starter that can work independently with minimal oversight along with a proactive service attitude and willingness to take a hands on approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Some travel required.
Desired:
  • Understanding of military specifications and standards, technical documentation processes, Extensible Markup Language (XML), and software development processes is a plus.
  • PMP a plus.

Senior Cyber Security Engineer


EPS Corporation is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer for a position located in Hines, IL.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
  • The Senior Security Engineer performs computer forensic analysis and malware analysis using forensic tools to identify, recover and perform analysis of evidence.
  • Writes reports and provides conclusions and supporting information for forensic analysis cases.
  • Provides computer incident response support.
  • Assesses and applies evidentiary requirements for litigation to include maintaining chain of custody for evidence.
  • Configures and maintains forensic support tools.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Masters degree in Information Security or a related field and 10 years of relevant experience or 20 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 10-12 years experience in the field of Information Technology.
  • 5-7 years experience in a technical security role in one of the following areas: network security, operating system security, Internet/web security or endpoint security, computer forensics, malware analysis.
  • Computer forensics training and experience.
  • EnCase (EnCE) certified.
  • Proficiency with forensic techniques and the use of common forensics tools (EnCase, FTK, etc.)
  • Firm knowledge of TCP/IP and other common networking concepts and protocols
  • Advanced understanding of IT Security concepts to experience and understanding of intrusion detection techniques.

WIN-T Telecommunications Specialist Senior / Lead


EPS Field Services dvision is seeking applicants to fill a Telecommunications Specialist positon, located in Fort Hood, TX. This position is to provide troubleshooting, installation and support for the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Increment 1 (WIN-T Inc. 1). The WIN-T Inc. 1 is a communications network that provides the Army Warfighter with voice, data and video capabilities for use in a tactical environment, utilizing primarily commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment. The system includes the following equipment: Unit Hub Node, Regional Hub Node, Single Shelter Switch (SSS), Joint Network Nodes (JNN), Battalion Command Post Nodes (BnCPN), Network Operations (NetOps), JNN and BnCPN Satellite Transportable Terminals (STTs), and Master Reference Terminals (MRTs).
  • Specific experience required includes routers, gateways, Cisco ASA Firewalls, Linux and Windows Operating Systems, and knowledge of Virtual Infrastructure.
  • Routing: Set-up, Troubleshoot and understand OSFP, DMVPN and Multicast
  • Satellite Communications: Set-up, troubleshoot and understand NCC Operations, Linkway, Raydyne, FDMA and NCW modem operations.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN network related problems.
  • Provide technical expertise for performance and configuration of networks.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of Switching / Routing
  • Knowledge of Communications Security
  • Knowledge of Satellite Communications

Certifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field of study, and five years of related experience required. Minimum of 10 years related experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
