Logistician


EPS Corporation is currently seeking a Logistician with extensive experience in providing logistical direction and guidance for multiple site shipments in support of the implementation of Brocade Networking equipment to join our Network Solution division. This opportunity mainly located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait with travel to Camp Buehring, Kuwait and CAS in Qatar expected term of through Sept 2017. Normal duty hours are 0800-1800 Monday – Saturday.

Must have experience and skills necessary to perform the following tasks:
  • Supports the Project Manager (PM) in leading all project logistics and Maintenance service tasks for the customer.
  • Performs classified and unclassified supply and materiel management support.
  • Receives and processes notice to stock parts and equipment.
  • Assures incoming materiel matches the accompanying documentation.
  • Examines materiel for shortages, overages and obvious damage and coordinates any discrepancies with appropriate supervision.
  • Responsible for interpreting and administering property accounting procedures.
  • Responsible for shipping, material planning, and material procurement.
  • Plans and facilitates procurement actions, processes Purchase Requests, and tracks and expedites Purchase Orders and receipt of material.
  • Initiates and approves the Shipping Request/Authorization and coordinates arrangements for the shipment of materials to ensure implementation schedules are met.
  • Reviews all site survey reports and ensures that appropriate LOM are prepared.
  • Coordinates and processes the resolution of all deficiency reports and invoice problems and acts as an interface, coordinator, and facilitator between
  • Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), and Program Management personnel.
  • Applies regulations and Command policies, and other directives affecting property administration and accountability.
  • Coordinates and executes materiel activity in order to maintain formal property accounting records that continually show item identification, gains and losses, on-hand balances, and location of all property assigned to each property account.
  • Conducts periodic validation of property records, quarterly "equipment on hand" analysis to improve equipment accountability.
  • Ensures stored items are protected from damage, deterioration, and pilferage. Ensures required tags, labels, and markings are affixed to reflect asset identity, status, and condition.
  • Works with Hand Receipt Holders during quarterly equipment accountability.
  • Uses established Department of Defense (DoD) procedures and prepares directed project property accountability and visibility reports.
  • Performs other logistical tasks determined to be within scope by the Contracting Officer’s Representative or Contracting Officer.
  • Due to the extreme nature of OCONUS environments, it is critical that a deep understanding of International Trafficking and Arms (ITAR) requirements and the local cultural sensitivities are understood.
Required:
  • 10 – 15 years’ experience providing all phases of logistical operational support with 5 of those years in a managerial role within a DoD or similar United States Government (USG) system.
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in the handling and shipment of networking systems or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading the logistics of technology upgrade programs in OCONUS.
  • Well versed in logistical crisis management and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of PBUSE
  • Experienced with fielding to international sites.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytic skills.
  • Candidate must be proactive and maintain a high level of focus on response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to operate independently, function in a team environment, and build good relationships.
  • Strong communications skills (written and oral).
  • Self-starter that can work independently with minimal oversight along with a proactive service attitude and willingness to take a "hands on" approach.
  • Willing to travel OCONUS.
Desired/ Preferred:
  • Experience with Federal Government contracting

Network Engineer

Duties:
  • Possesses a detailed understanding of routing protocols surrounding IP Service Provider and/or Enterprise networks including: TCP/IP fundamentals, IP sub-netting and super-netting and hierarchical routing principles, Routing protocol operation (OSPF, BGP-4), general understanding of MPLS L2 and L3 VPNs and the associated tunneling technologies (GRE, IPsec, etc.), network/router security and common/best practices.
  • Employs expert level troubleshooting methodology to isolate and identify configuration, design, and software anomalies; clearly articulates findings in written and verbal communications
  • Implements corrections to IV&V issues.
  • Tracks tasking orders, operational orders, accreditation status, inspection schedules, and other time sensitive information.
  • Provides hands-on configuration and operational knowledge of vendor products and their operation (e.g. Brocade, Cisco, Juniper, etc…).
  • Possesses the ability to troubleshoot fielded systems, test new systems/configurations in a lab environment, and actively participates in technical meetings.
  • Provides expert level relationship management, communications skills and interpersonal skills to manage face to face communications on a daily basis with multiple levels of customer management and engineering staff.
Experience/Education/Certifications/Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining enterprise infrastructure and communications systems in a networking environment using CISCO/Brocade equipment.

Network Administration Technician

Software / Network Support Analyst


EPS Corporation is seeking applicants to fill a Software\Network Support Analyst position, located at our Mission Support Services Division in Panama City, Florida.

This position provides direct production, integrations and fielding support to Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) platforms. Candidate will support software integration, software development, virtual server management and network administration. Environment will include product/platform development and testing as well as product fielding and support.

Experience within the following areas is preferred:
  • Enterprise Network design, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Experience with VLAN configurations, Ports and Protocols, ACL development and maintenance
  • Routing, switching, wireless networking technologies, Voice Over IP (VoIP) technologies, and firewall configuration
  • Configuring and managing virtual servers in a VMware vSphere environment
  • Installation, administration and troubleshooting of DoD specific Command and Control applications such as GCCS-J, GCCS-M, GCCS-A, C2PC and CPoF
  • Utilization of client imaging technology such as Altiris in an enterprise environment
  • Administrative knowledge of Microsoft Window Server operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SharePoint portal services
  • Working knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, Debian, Linux, JAVA, and C#
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical background with troubleshooting skills and experience with scripting (e.g., Perl, etc.)
  • Experience with Cisco networking equipment in an enterprise environment
  • Must be able to travel to support system fielding and test events
  • Ability to meet DoDD 8570.01-M IAT level I or II certification requirements (i.e., A+, Network+, SSCP, Security+, etc.)
  • Implementing DoD software/network security requirements and applying DISA STIGs and IAVAs to active networks
  • Utilization of Vulnerability Scan Tools such as Gold Disk and Retina Scan
  • Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field (Demonstrated experience in the areas defined above may be accepted in lieu of degree)
  • Applicants selected for this position will require an active DoD Secret clearance and background screening. Applicants selected for a security clearance will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information
The following experience is highly desired:
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA or higher)
  • Cisco Certifications (CCNA or higher)
  • CompTIA Certifications (Security+, Network+, etc.)
  • Experience supporting Military networks and/or software environments.
  • Experience with military tactical data systems
  • VoIP implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance with a Cisco Call Manager
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
