The EPS-NS team provides the full scope of Armed and Unarmed Security Support Services. Additionally, EPS-NS is established in Physical Security and Site Surveys, Proposal and Project Management thus defining integral security solutions that will ensure cost effective results.

Contract Management
EPS-NS management possesses the law enforcement and security supervision to efficiently manage comprehensive security operations while maximizing resources, optimizing standardization and ensuring compliance with all operational, contract and training requirements.
Recruiting and Screening
In order to provide quality service, we begin with quality personnel. We screen applicants using a selection profile in order to find the best suited for security work. Some of the major areas considered in this profile include maturity, dependability, job longevity, physical ability, and education. Our personnel department investigates these profile areas via a comprehensive application and an initial screening interview.
In addition to finding the proper person to work on our team, we recognize the need to match the right employee to each assignment location. Each selected applicant is assigned to an appropriate job site only after a manager reviews the applicant’s background information and conducts an in-depth interview. The better the match between an assignment location and a candidate, the higher the satisfaction level for everyone involved. Services Provided
EPS-NS security guards are trained professionals specializing in methods and techniques to protect and secure areas, while remaining alert to security risks and exposures. Security professionals exercise judgment in every situation using proficiencies to react immediately, control their assigned area and monitor situations as required. EPS-NS security guards are knowledgeable in areas of state-of-the-art security technology such as Access Control, Biometric Identification Management and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).

Whether in the classroom or in the field, EPS-NS Security Instructors/Trainers provide hands-on practical instruction. Subject matter presented is relevant to tasking required of a specific job classification and ranges from basic guard duties to advanced education in the areas of state-of-the-art technology such as Access Control, Biometric Identification Management and RFID. Educating our team requires supporting cost-effective and efficient management, administration of training and/or educational programs, testing and determining pass or fail status of course attendee.
Our guards are required to maintain adeptness in physical fitness, proficiency with firearms, non-lethal weapons, physical control and compliance techniques and other special weapons. Situational awareness, use of force and deadly force are some examples of additional training that may also be provided to our guards. All employees undergo training by certified instructors in accordance with their scope of work; they are fully trained and tested in accordance with contract specific requirements as well as on state and local laws, and are certified to carry firearms via State Certified Instructors.
