EPS Corporation’s Section 508 Initiative:
In 1998, Congress amended the Rehabilitation Act and strengthened provisions covering access to information for people with Disabilities. As Amended, Section 508 of the United States Workforce Rehabilitation Act requires access to an entities electronic and information technology. Organizations must ensure that this technology is accessible to employees and the public.
