Francesco MusorrafitiFRANCESCO A. MUSORRAFITI, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Musorrafiti is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EPS Corporation, originally known as Engineering and Professional Services Incorporated. He directs the activities of this 100 million-dollar and over 600-person company, and is responsible for the development of business, operations and financial performance of the corporation. He seeks out opportunities and acquisitions to broaden the corporate technical base of EPS in the areas of communications and systems engineering. Mr. Musorrafiti established EPS in 1983. Prior to embarking on his industrial career, Mr. Musorrafiti enjoyed a career in the U.S. Navy. Of his twenty years service, he spent eleven and one half years at sea aboard several destroyers, amphibious ships and an aircraft carrier.

Antoinette MusorrafitiANTOINETTE M. MUSORRAFITI, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer - Ms. Musorrafiti was instrumental in the founding and developing of EPS Corporation. She is primarily responsible for the finance and administration of this multi-million dollar corporation, directly managing a staff of over 25 employees. With the support of her staff, she assures financial stability of the company, develops contractual documents and contract performance, and reviews and implements corporate policies.

S. THOMAS GAGLIANO, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs - Senator Gagliano began his association as attorney for EPS when the company was founded in 1983. In 2001, he became Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs. S. Gagliano received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and his law degree from Georgetown University. He served in the United States Navy as a LT (jg) in Destroyer Escorts, 1954 to 1956. Senator Gagliano was first elected to the New Jersey Senate in 1977 and was re-elected for three consecutive terms.

John E. GaglianoJOHN E. GAGLIANO, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel - Mr. Gagliano has been with EPS since 2002 and also serves as the President of EPS Advanced Systems. Prior to joining EPS, Mr. Gagliano was in private law practice in Arlington, Virginia. He is a graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center.


Susan MoranSUSAN M. MORAN, Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration - Ms. Moran manages the company’s financial and human resource operations. Ms. Moran has been with EPS since 2000. Prior to joining EPS, Ms. Moran held positions with the VNA of Central Jersey and Connor Group, NY. She holds a master’s degree in Accounting from Kean University where she also earned her bachelor’s degree.


Robert DeaneROBERT C. DEANE, Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President for Business Development - Mr. Deane’s proven leadership focuses on developing, directing and maintaining competitive strategy, capture and proposal operations. Mr. Deane’s extensive background and ability to effectively manage delivery of EPS’ core capabilities in systems integration, managed network services, intelligence solutions and engineering and logistics provides a foundation that positions EPS for continued growth. Mr. Deane held the position as President of EPS Network Solutions for more than 7 years. He continues to serves as Program Manager for the $35B GSA Connections contract, the $50B GSA Alliant contract and the Army’s $4B IMOD contract. Prior to joining EPS in 2000, Mr. Deane worked as a Project Manager in the residential and commercial construction industry. He attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA with a major in pre-med.

Gary MaynardGary A. Maynard, President of EPS Navy Systems - Where he takes the lead in developing EPS' hovercraft portfolio and a line of other composite marine vessels. Mr. Maynard completed over thirty-three years of active and reserve service in the U.S. Navy. Retiring as a Captain, he served as Commanding Officer of Naval Weapons Station Earle, in Colts Neck, NJ, and Navy Munitions Command - East Asia Division, in Pearl Harbor, HI. His time at-sea includes a destroyer and a salvage ship, as well as a Canadian warship as an exchange officer where he was a diver and submersible pilot. Overseas, he has served in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. In recent years, Mr. Maynard has focused his professional energies in the areas of ordnance management, international security cooperation and professional education. Mr. Maynard joined EPS in 2012."

Charles WhiteCHARLES (CHUCK) F. WHITE, President of EPS Field Services - Mr. White directs the activities of this 80 million-dollar and over 500-person business unit, and is responsible for the development of business, operations and financial performance of the Division. He seeks out opportunities to broaden the business base of EPS Field Services in the areas of Fielding-Training and Logistic support. Mr. White has been with EPS since 1983. Prior to joining EPS, Mr. White served as a Chief Warrant Officer in the US Army Communications field. In his twenty years service, he was assigned to Army organizations from Battalion- Brigade- Division and Corps levels.

John KesselJOHN KESSEL, President of EPS Global Services - Mr. Kessel joined EPS in 1990. He is responsible for EPS projects outside the continental United States (OCONUS) supporting governments and businesses on both international and national levels. Mr. Kessel has over 46 years of management and hands-on experience in communication and security sectors at numerous locations worldwide resulting in expertise in program and project management. Prior to joining EPS Mr. Kessel was employed by ITT Defense Communications Division for 27 years.

John J. TugmanJOHN J. TUGMAN, President of EPS Network Solutions - Mr. Tugman has been with EPS since 2008; he has extensive executive management experience on a senior level as an innovative IT leader with proven Project Management/Consulting experience and broad industry knowledge. Prior to joining EPS John served for 25 years as the Director of Information Technology Services for the US Army at Fort Monmouth New Jersey where he led an organization of 142 IT Professionals responsible for the delivery of global Internet, Intranet and Extranet services; file and print services; Electronic Messaging services to include managing 2 Data Centers, a Network Operations Center (NOC) and Dial Central Office (DCO). Mr. Tugman possesses a Master of Science (MS) Degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from Monmouth University. Mr. Tugman also serves as an Adjunct Computer Science Professor and member of the Computer Science Advisory Board with Brookdale Community College.
