The GSA CONNECTIONS II contract is a $5 billion, 9-year and 3-month multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract.

EPS is honored to be awarded the GSA CONNECTIONS II contract as a Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), enhancing our existing GSA portfolio which includes GSA Alliant, GSA CONNECTIONS, GSA LOGWORLD, GSA MOBIS, GSA Schedule 70 and GSA Schedule 84. As a GSA CONNECTIONS contract holder. EPS has successfully implemented and managed more than 309 task orders with a total value exceeding $90 million. Established in 1983, EPS has grown into a leader as an enterprise systems integrator.

The CONNECTIONS II contract scope includes all labor and equipment necessary to support communications and networking solutions at the Local Area Network (LAN), building, campus, and enterprise level. Labor categories specify both professional and technical expertise to support the full solution life cycle, including, but not limited to, analysis, planning, design, specification, implementation, integration and management of network services and equipment. The scope also includes any new labor and equipment that may emerge in the marketplace for providing comprehensive telecommunications over the life of the contract. Construction, alteration, and repair support services are only in scope as necessary to offer a complete telecommunications solution provided that it is integral to and necessary for the effort stated in the task order. CONNECTIONS II has four solution sets which help shape its capability.

The solutions sets are:

  • Communications and networking
  • Building or campus facility preparation
  • Operations, administration and management (OA&M)
  • Customer service and technical support

The CONNECTIONS II complies with Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) guidelines as well as all the components of the DoD Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA) regarding enterprise architecture and other IT compliance standards and protocols.

EPS fully supports CONNECTIONS II Solutions
EPS has established proven capabilities to support CONNECTIONS II Solutions in the areas of systems design and integration, infrastructure support services, telecommunications, physical security applications and management services that facilitate the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructures required to support U.S. Government business operations.

EPS Staff
EPS employs more than 600 employees throughout the United States, Europe and East Asia. EPS holds top secret Facility clearances. Approximately 50% of our employees hold various security clearances including Top Secret SCI, Top Secret, Secret and lifestyle poly.

Support and Leadership
EPS has established significant working relationships with existing Regional GSA Offices and has a longstanding partnership with the GSA signifying that EPS is among the leaders providing IT solutions to the defense and civilian agencies of the federal government. As your contractor, you can depend on EPS to effectively expedite your needs from requirement to solution.

Contracting
Fixed-price and time-and-materials task orders are both available under CONNECTIONS II. Note that this contract will not support cost reimbursable orders.

GSA CONNECTIONS II meets CONUS and OCONUS requirements. Strategically positioned worldwide EPS professionally executes requirements with aggressive management and commitment to delivering results.

Subcontracting with EPS
EPS’ mission is to exceed customer’s expectations and uphold our partnerships to the highest standards. EPS will manage a team that will meet our goals and yours. Specific subcontracting opportunities will be defined by the task orders.

Task Orders through CONNECTIONS II
CONNECTIONS II features either fixed-price or time-and-materials task order types. You can compete and award the order yourself or with assistance from GSA customer representatives to use their services. All orders must use fair opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.505b.
