GSA Alliant is the largest GWAC Vehicle issued by GSA to date. Projecting into the future the Alliant program is specifically designed to support agency’s budget challenges with a variety of sourcing options and cost-effective pricing. Alliant encompasses unlimited IT hardware and software solutions and services.

The Alliant program complies with Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) guidelines as well as all the components of the DoD Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA) regarding enterprise architecture and other IT compliance standards and protocols. Instituting a foundation of acquisition requirements that clearly define integrated IT solutions supporting all current and any new technologies, Alliant is a progressive program for the future.

As a GSA CONNECTIONS Contract holder, EPS has successfully implemented and managed more than 250 task orders with a total value exceeding $60 million. Established in 1983, EPS has grown into a leader as an enterprise systems integrator.

EPS has established proven capabilities to support Alliant with IT Solutions in the areas of systems design and integration, infrastructure support services, telecommunications, physical security applications and management services that facilitate the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructures required to support U.S. Government business operations.

EPS Staff
EPS employs more than 600 employees throughout the United States, Europe and East Asia. EPS holds top secret Facility clearances. Approximately 50% of our employees hold various security clearances including Top Secret SCI, Top Secret, Secret and lifestyle poly.

Support and Leadership
EPS has established coherent working relationships with the Alliant Program Management Office, existing Regional GSA Offices, and our EPS Alliant Program Office. As your contractor, you can depend on EPS to effectively expedite your needs from requirement to solution.

Contracting
GSA Alliant provides access to all contract types (Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Materials) and a streamlined process from contract initiation through delivery and closeout. EPS will facilitate the option that fits our customer.

Placing Orders through Alliant
GSA Alliant has developed two convenient options for placing task orders:
GSA’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) is the preferred route for vendors experienced with GSA. GSA is regionally staffed and can help you through all or part of the Alliant task order cycle.

GSA also offers Alliant’s Direct Order/Direct Bill feature, which allows customers to reach out to an in-house or agency-specific contracting officer. The GSA Alliant Program Office will assign an authorized Alliant Contracting Officer to provide support for the Alliant task order cycle.

Whichever avenue you choose EPS will be your proactive contractor working in unity with the GSA Alliant program office and your agency representative to help you navigate your options.
