Proposal Analyst

EPS Corporation is currently looking for a Proposal Analyst. Must be familiar with Federal Government proposal preparation requirements. Must be able to ensure each proposal is developed in a manner that is consistent with both Company format/requirements and Government guidelines. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented and proficient with Microsoft Office, skilled at editing existing, as well as, writing new documentation using clear, concise English. Must be able to manipulate and format text and graphics received from various sources. Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. The position is rigorous, requires a high degree of patience and careful scrutiny of solicitation requirements and general company proposal formatting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for identifying the key requirements of specific proposals and reporting those requirements to the proposal team
- Editing draft proposals, focusing on grammatical structure, format and content of proposal
- Maintaining and producing pre-proposal development tools such as outlines, matrixes, spreadsheets and capability statements for Government, corporate and internal sources required.
- Writing past performance descriptions for jobs and contracts awarded to EPS
- Maintaining past performance records
- Responsible for the researching, identification and tracking of business opportunities such as requests for proposals (RFP), request for quotes (RFQ) and requests for information(RFI), on Federal, State and Government web sites
- Reviews the final proposal for spelling, format and compliance with Government proposal instructions and EPS standards
- Formats EPS proposals in response to Government Proposals using material provided by proposal writers and other sources
- Reviews and actions proposal preparation instructions and requirements
- Develops proposal templates and draft proposals based on proposal instructions
- Researches required information for proposals prior to submission, such as completing government required forms, distribution of past performance questionnaires, and obtaining signatures if applicable
- Assigns and distributes bid/proposal numbers to Production Department and appropriate company divisions
- Logs and distributes all supporting documentation, amendments, deadline updates regarding all working proposals
- Assists Production Manager as need
- Transmits requests for clarification to the Government and distributes responses
- Requests lost bid information from Contracting Officers
- Assures proposals comply with Government proposal preparation instructions
- Transmits/ships proposals via pre-established method, as specified by Customer (CD, Binder or specific software for email submittal)
- Assigns bid/proposal numbers in E-Timecard system to all company divisions
- Finalizes proposals and assembles components prior to submission
- Maintains and updates Production Department calendars
- Assigns projects to Jr. Production Administrator
Database Administrator

EPS Corporation is currently looking for a Database Administrator with the following qualifications to provide day to day support of SQL /File/web servers at government site.
This position requires the ability to effectively design, plan, implement, and maintain SQL and Windows 2003/2008 server environments including implementation and support of SharePoint/web/File/cross-domain servers. The Administrator must be experienced in overall server Operation & maintenance of servers. The administrator will also assist in the design, architecture, availability, reliability, and security of future SharePoint environments. The Administrator will work closely with development staff to provide advice and support to properly implement development efforts into staging and then production. The Administrator will also work with other technical staff to train them on proper SQL Administration and troubleshooting techniques as well as outline standard processes and procedures for administration and development.
The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a highly charged and fast paced environment
Individual must possess an active Secret clearance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Senior Security Engineer
Location: Eatontown, NJ

The Sr. Security Engineer will support the DoD and other federal agencies in achieving and maintaining accreditation of systems and sites, both land-based and remote.
For this position, the individual will provide technical leadership in the critical support to a high-visibility Department of Defense (DoD).
Responsibilities will include leading the execution of IT (network, system, communication) security risk assessments and the data gathering, assembly, and submission of the C&A packages. As the lead member of a Cyber Security Engineering Team, the candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented as they orchestrate all activities related to C&A efforts.
The individual filling the position will need to conduct IA questionnaires and interviews with DoD personnel, perform System Test & Evaluations (ST&Es) and help translate collected data points into compliance documents as they pertain to the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation activities and standards. This position also involves close coordination with the government manager(s) in order to anticipate and prepare for upcoming events, requirements, and challenges.
The primary responsibilities for the Senior Security Engineer include:
- Full and in-depth comprehension of DoD policies, directives, and instructions as it pertains to C&A process
- Plan and lead the data gathering activities (e.g., questionnaires, interviews, document reviews) in preparation for assembling C&A Packages
- Organize and lead ST&E’s
- Organize and lead in the assembly of the C&A Packages
- Prepare and participate in executive level briefings on the status of all C&A related activities
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the PM and Lead Sr. Security Engineer
Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience, including 3 with direct experience in information security / information assurance. Must have a strong understanding of DoD IA policies (e.g. DoD 8500 reference and DoD 8570 qualifications). Experience in a leadership position managing teams of 3 or more is a plus.
Education:
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred. Commensurate work experience considered.
CISSP, CISM, CISA or GSLC Certification required
US travel to DoD sites will be required (1 -2 weeks per trip; 3 – 5 trips per year). U.S. Citizen required. Security Clearance: Secret Required
