Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP)

EPS-GS recognizes telecommunications systems and cabling requirements are constantly changing. Customers need high performance cabling systems for Internet and intranet capability. EPS-GS trained cable technicians are skilled in all areas of ISP including cabling pathways and spaces, different types of cabling, how to work with contractors, how to evaluate the work, and how projects are implemented. EPS-GS employs OSP technicians trained in outside plant safety issues, regulations, codes, and standards. EPS-GS employees are trained in the installation of different types of outside plant cabling along with the pathways and spaces required for multi-building cabling distribution including underground, direct buried, and aerial distribution systems. As well, EPS-GS provides outside plant engineering and design professionals who will determine the types of telecommunications pathways and spaces to use.
