Program Management

EPS Field Services provides Program Managers that are capable of planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program, and technical personnel in support of numerous Governments or Commercial Programs.  The Managers that EPS-FS provides have a thorough understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle management of military systems.  EPS-FS ensures they possess the knowledge to perform numerous Program Management and Contract Management functions necessary to support the administration of any type of contract.  EPS-FS has answered the call in the past and currently to various different contracts by providing Professional Program Management personnel for all functions and oversight. Our experience and knowledge has given us a first-hand understanding of the missions and the tasks to be accomplished with-in the Program Management business.
